Our mission, purpose, and promise is to help raise up our youth to become productive citizens and leaders in the community.
We offer entirely free-of-cost educational and personal development programs that provide students with the encouragement, resources, and confidence they need to reach their highest potential.
Our Programs are designed for impact
After-School Mentoring Program
Our after school mentoring program operates from Monday – Thursday at 3PM – 6PM every week of the school year. Supported by tutoring services, daily nutritious snacks, and consistent positive mentorship, our free after school mentoring program is a key service offered to our students.
Summer Enrichment Program
Our summer program operates from Tuesday – Thursday at 9AM – 2:30PM starting in June and ending in July. This program provides students with a fun, educational, and safe environment to continue their personal growth over the summer months. We offer all of our services at no cost to the families of our students.
Monday TEEN Nights
Join our Monday TEEN Nights at the TIME Teen Center where each Monday at 6PM – 7:45PM we offer free food, fun, and fellowship to any student within 7th-12th grade. Please refer to our monthly newsletter to find more information, the GroupMe Chat QR Code, and the registration form for participants.
WHO WE ARE
Time Youth Dothan was created to address the rising concerns about youth safety, a growing lack of educational resources, and a diminishing sense of community pride within Dothan, Alabama. Ever since the opening of our campus in 2019, we have greatly reduced these concerns, helping to remove obstacles for at-risk youth and pave pathways toward bright futures. Our program provides an opportunity to be in a safe, free, and encouraging learning environment that promotes future leadership, personal accountability, and self-confidence.
TEACH– We teach compassion, self-love, and empathy by providing consistent mentorship and community for our students.
INSPIRE – We inspire our students to reach their highest potential by encouraging consistent growth.
MENTOR – We provide consistent, positive, and safe mentors that support our students before and after graduating from our program.
EDUCATE – We prioritize high quality, free education through providing internet and printer access, gifting educational supplies, and establishing tutoring services.
